Any DVD or CD can be returned within 30 days from date item was received as long as it is still sealed in its case. We charge a 20% restocking fee (20% of the items price) and the original cost to ship the product will not be refunded. The shipping cost to return the item is at the buyers expense. Any item returned to us without prior authorization will not be refunded. Once your return is received, it can take up to 7 days to process the return. We must receive notification that an item was not received or is defective within 2 months of the sale date in order to either reimburse or reship.

**Please note: we do not offer returns on Video Games or Video Games products.
